Future Domestic Markets: Future uses for the Software Engine include automated & interactive appraisals for residential properties, comparables search for appraisers, market surveys for land, and other automated and interactive services which include 2-4 family residences, mobile homes, manufactured homes, condominiums, and commercial buildings such as warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment complexes.
Future International Markets: Although the Company’s initial marketing effort will be directed towards domestic activity, the Engines may be used in the following foreign countries:
